Respect Your Elderberries
A bright purple sauce just in time for the holidays - bursting with berry tang and a mild Habanero undercurrent. Features elderberries and gooseberries, picked by hand on our farm.
Try it on: pork, turkey and steak, as an overnight marinade. Add some rice pilaf and white wine and s/he's yours!
